FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil-refining industry and, to be exact, to the methods of heavy petroleum residue (HPR) refining into fuel distillates by thermal cracking using donor-solvent processes. The proposed method of producing fluid products from pre-heated HPR comprises thermal cracking effected in the presence of combustible slate and celite in two steps. The proposed process is performed by mixing, at the first stage, of starting products with combustible slate taken in the amount of 2-6 wt % with the subsequent mechanical activation of the resulted mix and its thermal cracking. The thermal cracking product is separated by distillation into light liquid products and residue boiled away at above 300°C. Then, at the second stage, the residue is mixed with zeolite taken in the amount of 1-5 wt % with subsequent thermal cracking of the mix obtained and separating light oil products from the produced mix.
EFFECT: method of processing of heavy petroleum residues into fuel distillates by thermal cracking using donor-solvent processes.
