FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding and to the design of the vessel hull . The hull of the marine vessel containing the hull casing (2) made of metal, the longitudinal and transverse reinforcing elements are proposed, wherein at least one longitudinal reinforcing element (3) is located between the hull casing (2) and at least one transverse reinforcing element (4) and is connected to the inner part (5) of the hull casing (2) , wherein the hull casing (2) has a thickness less than 10 mm, the said longitudinal reinforcing element(3) is made of the same metal as the said hull casing (2) and contains at least one resilient segment (6) provided to work as a spring in the direction transverse to the thickness of the hull (2 ) casing, the said resilient segment (6) is provided to reach the lower part under compression which is more than10 mm and less than 50 mm.
EFFECT: invention provides improved performance characteristics of the vessel hull which is made of lightweight construction and at the same time has a great resistance to permanent deformation under external load/pressure.
