SUBSTANCE: gellan gum is used as a casing, wherein the vitamin B group is added to a suspension of gellan gum in benzene in the presence E472s preparation as surfactant while stirring at 1300 rev/min, then added acetonitrile at a weight ratio of core: shell 1:3 or 1:1, the resulting suspension was filtered and dried at room temperature.
