FIELD: geophysics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geophysics and can be used in seismic data processing. Method of processing data representing physical system is disclosed containing following steps: input data (P2) is provided, representing differences in physical system between first and second states of physical system and input data (P5) or data defined on their basis are inverted, in compliance with parameterized model (PI) of physical system to obtain differences of model parameters in first and second states, where model parameters are physical properties of system. Wherein inverting step is followed by inversion (P3-P6) for set of (P4) parameterized model and/or data in order to obtain multiple sets of differences of model parameters. Statistical analysis (P7) of multiple sets of differences is performed to obtain statistical characteristics of differences of model parameters.
EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of obtained data.
