FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: steel pipe with corrosion-resistant coating is mounted on the assembly stand, a reinforcing cage is mounted on its surface, the cage is fixed on the pipe, a conduit in the form of protective tube is placed and fixed along the reinforcing cage, a protective shell is installed over the assembled structure and centered with respect to the steel pipe, casting end-caps are installed and a concrete mix is pumped into the assembled structure annulus.
EFFECT: method for production of encased pipes with conduits, which is used for the manufacture of new pipeline sections of in the factory, provides high reliability due to conduit placement in the concrete coating of the pipeline and its consolidation technology, as well as versatility.
