FIELD: pipeline equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to heat-insulated shaped articles with a cable duct in a heat-insulating coating, and can be used to maintain required temperature mode of operation and rapid remote monitoring of pipeline condition. In the method of producing insulated shaped articles with a cable duct for pipelines, the article is placed on an assembly bench, is placed at specified distance from surface of article and channelizer is fixed. On top of the assembled structure, a protective shell, end plugs are centered and installed, and a cavity between the article and the protective shell is filled with heat-insulating material on a polymer base. After polymerisation, the end plugs are removed and the channel former is withdrawn from the structure. Article can be coated with an anticorrosion coating. Channel former is made from different materials; it can be treated with an anti-adhesion composition, made hollow and/or with a shell located in heat-insulating material and lining the surface of the cable duct. Cable-channel can be lined with a shell providing control of the pipeline condition.

EFFECT: providing simplicity of manufacture, simplification of assembly, high reliability of items and versatility when using and obtaining information on the state of the pipeline.
