SUBSTANCE: gear wheel consists of a hub (1), a gear ring (2), a rim (3) and a body (4) in the form of a disk, the thickness C of which is smaller than the width B of the rim. From both ends of the wheel, a pair of annular linings (5) with an outer diameter equal to the inner diameter D_r of the rim, and an inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of the hub D_h. The thickness of each annular lining is equal to the width of the rim flange.

EFFECT: increase performance of gear wheel.
