FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gear wheel includes a hub, a body in the form of a disc, and a gear ring which width is greater than the disc thickness. There is a pair of scrapers oriented radially relative to the wheel with inclination towards a bath from both ends of the wheel, symmetrically thereto, from an outlet of the rotating wheel from the oil bath and above the upper bath lubricant level. The scrapers are fixed stationary relative to the rotating wheel, with an abutment to surfaces of the disc ends, the inner rim surfaces, the end rim surfaces and the gear ring end surfaces. The outer ends of the scrapers overlap the circumference of the gear ring vertices. The distance from the wheel center to the scrapers is less than the distance from this center to the upper bath lubricant level. And the inner ends of the scrapers are bent down vertically.
EFFECT: improved quality of gear wheel lubrication.
