FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gearing. Lubricating device comprises an oil bath into which a gear wheel of a gear is submerged. Submerged gear wheel consists of a body in the form of a disc with a hub and a rim with a gear rim. Rim width is greater than the thickness of the body disc. At each end of the rim, the outside dimension of which extends beyond the dimension of the body disk, a flat ring is strengthened, the outer radius of which is not less than the radius of the circumference of the vertices of the ring gear, and the inner radius is less than the radius of the rim inner surface and more than the radius of the circumference described by the points of contact of the end of the disc with the upper level of the oil bath lubricant when wheel rotates. Between the ring and the end of the disk along the vertical axis of symmetry of the end of the wheel, radially to the wheel, above the hub, perpendicular to the end of the wheel, is a flat scraper, adjacent to the end of the disk and the inner surfaces of the rim and ring. Scraper height is not less than the depth of the disc immersion into the lubricant of the oil bath. Under the scraper there is an oil receiving tank equipped with an oil drainage tray fed to the friction zones of the gear elements, requiring lubrication with a liquid lubricant. Scraper, the container and the tray are fixed on a base fixed relative to the rotating wheel.
EFFECT: providing higher quality of the gear lubrication.
