SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and represents method for assessment of readiness of females with chronic endometritis to extracorporeal fertilization, including examination of women during implantation window in cycle, previous to extracorporeal fertilization (EF) program, characterized by fact, that in females with chronic endometritis on 19–21 day of menstrual cycle is used from uterine cavity, in which by solid-phase enzyme immunoassay for the content of alpha-2-macroglobulin (a2-MG) when a2-MG is 4.5 mg/l or more, readiness of females to EF is estimated as low, additional treatment and transfer time of EF are recommended, and if a2-MG is less than 4.5 mg/l, readiness females to EF is estimated as high and initiation of EF program is recommended.

EFFECT: invention implementation provides non-invasive method of assessment of readiness to EF, which enables to increase efficiency of EF by selecting optimum period of beginning of program.
