SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to diagnose chronic endometritis by biochemical examination of tissues. In endometrial tissues obtained by vacuum suction biopsy on days 16-18 of the menstrual cycle using enzyme immunoassay, the level of leukocyte elastase, alpha 2-macroglobulin and the level of secretory inhibitor of leukocyte proteinase are simultaneously determined. When the elastase level is more than 45.4 ng/ml, the alpha 2-macroglobulin level is more than 6.2 ng/ml and the level of secretory leukocyte proteinase inhibitor is not more than 54 pg/ml, chronic endometritis is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method provides the opportunity to increase the accuracy and information content of the diagnosis of chronic endometritis in women with a history of miscarriage at the stage of preconceptional preparation through biochemical examination of endometrial tissue.
