SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, as well as to reproduction, and can be used to predict the effectiveness of IVF programs. Method includes a course of treatment and laboratory analysis of blood serum. In preparation for the IVF program, complex therapy of chronic endometritis is carried out, including Likopid immunocorrection with 10 mg per day per os for 10 days. Then, on the day of the puncture of the follicles in the IVF program, a serum sample is obtained, in which the content of LF and IL-8 is determined by the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. When the concentration of LF to 1.8 mcg/ml and IL-8 to 10 pg/ml or isolated increase in the concentration of LF to 2.5 mcg/ml at the level of IL-8 to 10 pg/ml, a high probability of a positive IVF result is predicted and transferred to uterus fresh embryo. With a simultaneous increase in the concentration of LF of more than 2 mcg/ml and IL-8 of more than 10 pg/ml, a high probability of a negative IVF result is predicted, cryopreservation and delayed transfer of the embryo are recommended for an additional course of antibacterial as well as anti-inflammatory therapy. When the concentration of LF is less than 1 mcg/ml with the simultaneous absence of IL-8 in the blood, a high risk of a negative IVF result is predicted, cryopreservation and delayed transfer of the embryo are recommended for a course of additional antiviral and immunocorrective therapy.

EFFECT: method allows to predict the outcome of the IVF program due to the additional determination of the effectiveness of the immunocorrector used before embryo transfer and subsequent individualization of preparation for embryo transfer.
