SUBSTANCE: method for organization of subscriber access to data networks is that organizes access points to the network on a territorial basis and transmit information from subscribers each service area to the appropriate access point using modulated narrowly focused beams of electromagnetic radiation in the optical range emitted by the subscriber transmitters in the direction serving the corresponding area base receiver access points, establish independent optical connections between subscriber transmitters and their respective base receiver.
