SUBSTANCE: method for organization of subscriber access to data networks is that organizes access points to the network on a territorial basis and transmit information from subscribers each service area to the appropriate access point using modulated narrowly focused beams of electromagnetic radiation in the optical range emitted by the subscriber transmitters in the direction serving the corresponding area base receiver access points, establish independent optical connections between subscriber transmitters and their respective base receiver. To establish mentioned optical connection of each service area is formed a reduced spatial image located in the service area of a subscriber of the electromagnetic radiation sources. As base receivers use matrix optoelectronic converters in increments between the matrix elements of the centers of no more than 1.2 mm. In real time, determines the elements of the matrices on which signal reception is not observed above the noise level, or more than one subscriber exclude signals from these elements from further processing, and the signals from the remaining matrix elements are combined into groups so that signals received by each group of matrix elements correspond to one subscriber, and further process the signals from each group of elements of the matrix as one signal.
EFFECT: improving communication quality by improving the reliability of connections between the subscribers and the base receiver and the base receiver using optimisation possibilities by identifying and using real-time for each subscriber the maximum possible number of base optical radiation detectors.
