FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: subscriber access point extracts from a network data packets addressed to subscribers of said point and information contained in the data packets is transmitted by a beam of electromagnetic radiation in the optical range with low angular divergence, said beam being transmitted to the receiving devices of subscribers with corresponding addresses, wherein spatial characteristics of the electromagnetic radiation beam are dynamically controlled by a dynamic hologram, using address information of data packets such that at the time of transmitting a specific data packet, the radiation beam is transmitted to the receiving device of the corresponding subscriber. The dynamic hologram is used to simultaneously dynamically control time characteristics of the electromagnetic radiation beam such that information contained in the data packets is transmitted by modulating the intensity of electromagnetic radiation beams directed to the receiving device of the corresponding subscriber by varying the diffraction efficiency of the reflection dynamic hologram.

EFFECT: providing dynamic control of spatial and time parameters of directed optical beams by generating dynamically controlled reflection holograms.
