SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to determine the feasibility of immunological study for patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). For NAFLD patients, a complete blood count is performed and leukocytic indices are evaluated, including a neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and a granulocyte/lymphocyte ratio (GLR). A polymerase chain reaction is carried out, consisting in colon microorganisms DNA identification in patient's feces, as well as yeast fungi of Candida genus. At the increased value of GLR and reduced value of NLR, respectively, compared with the reference values, as well as reduced amount of Faecalibacterium prausnitzii microorganisms and increased amount of Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Proteus, Citrobacter microorganisms and yeast fungi of Candida genus, immunological study of pations of this category is determined feasible.

EFFECT: method simplifies survey conducted to select the drug therapy.
