FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: dialysis machine comprises a dialyzer, including a chamber, a tissue fluid section, a dialysate section, a dialysate delivery system, a dialysate evacuation system and a control unit. The control unit is a programmable automated device which includes ultrafiltration control means and retrofiltration control means. The dialysate delivery line includes a passage narrowing. The machine comprises means for pressure difference measurement the at the passage narrowing boundaries. The dialysate delivery system also comprises an elastic container called a ventricular container which is designed to accommodate dialysate and connected to the delivery line before the passage narrowing. The ventricular container is located in the chamber. Pressurization means in the ventricular container create overpressure in the chamber. The device comprises a system of dialysate evacuation line opening/closing. Retrofiltration control means are designed to control the evacuation line opening/closing system for closure and to regulate pressure in the closed evacuation line exerted on the said ventricular container, depending on the pressure difference measured at the narrowing boundaries to ensure the given dialysate flow rate.
EFFECT: provision of accuratedialysate flow rate control and reduced risk of the treated tissue fluid infection.
