SUBSTANCE: fixed support for the steering mechanism includes a rotational bearing, rotating ring and bearing sleeve. The rotational bearing contains the inner lining for steering gear pinion shaft placement and the outer lining, disposed in the bearing sleeve. The rotating ring contains outer and inner rings, connected with possibility to rotate by torsion partitions. The outer ring is designed for installation in the fixed bearing of the steering mechanism housing. The inner ring is installed and fixed in the axial direction on the outer side of the bearing sleeve. The steering mechanism contains a gear wheel, the pinion engaged with it and the pinion shaft. The pinion shaft is mounted in the mentioned fixed support, forming the pinion shaft axis of rotation, transverse to its longitudinal axis.
