SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packaging intended for wine sale, comprising the tap (1), comprising a stationary housing (2, 3) and the resiliently deformable element (9), which tends to return to the closed position. According to the invention, on one of the rear corners of each cutout (12) transverse grooves (13) are made, in which the ribs (11) move; and due to the angular displacement of the cylindrical cover, said grooves can provide the ribs (11) locking in the axial direction in the closed position before and after removing the seal, thus preventing the tap opening, as a complicated rotating and pushing motion is necessary. In addition, the fixed and movable elements comprise coaxial through openings (14, 15) providing a padlock installation, protecting against unauthorized packaging opening.
EFFECT: improved locking.
