FIELD: packing industry.
SUBSTANCE: the filling and sealing device consists of a basic component, designed for welding on the even lower side to the composite packing and has an upward projected funnel right round the perimeter, forming a filling nozzle with an open glimpse of the funnel. The filling device also consists of a cover, fixed to the basic component, leaning on to the basic component and thrown over it through a hinge for hermetic sealing of the packing. The upper part of the cover forms a prominent projection in the open condition, with an even upper side, which when the cover is closed, exactly fits into the opening on the lower side of the basic component surrounded by the funnel, and tightly passes from this lower side or is projected from it by not more than 0.5 mm. The cover is joined through a membrane hinge to the L shaped angle element, through which it is joined to the basic component using one more membrane hinge. The leg of the turning angle element directed towards the basis component can be welded on to the formed lower side of the basic component during the first turn or closing of the cover. In that case the edge of the other leg forms an axis of rotation of the cover when it is being closed on the basic component, or its removal from the basic component.
EFFECT: provides for making a sealing device, which provides for clean and full removal of sealing films, and which provides for even pouring out; provides for guaranteed easy and simple first opening and pouring out without spillage of liquid on the outer side of the mouth.
