SUBSTANCE: gravure printer deinking system is proposed gcomprising a cleaning tank and a cleaning shaft rotatable assembly supported on the cleaning tank and partially disposed therein for removing excess ink from the surface of the gravure printer rotating plate cylinder. The deinking system comprises a cleaning shaft drain device, which forms an integral part of the deinking system and is adapted to connect to the cleaning shaft node to move the cleaning shaft assembly between the operating position in which the cleaning shaft assembly is supported on the cleaning tank and partially located therein for interaction with the plate cylinder, and the standby position in which the cleaning shaft assembly is retracted from the cleaning tank and the plate cylinder. In the working position of the cleaning shaft assembly, the cleaning shaft drain device is connected to the cleaning shaft assembly. The deinking system further comprises, in the standby position, a storage chamber adapted to receive the cleaning shaft assembly, which is retracted by the cleaning shaft drain device.

EFFECT: system provides an improved deinking system to be used in the gravure printer, which facilitates maintenance work, in pacrticular cleaning of the deinking system, and that allows for easy and rapid replacement of the used cleaning roller assembly with a new cleaning roller assembly.
