SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by plasma-electrolytic oxidation of the titanium surface in a silicate electrolyte containing Na2SiO3, in a unipolar galvanostatic regime with an effective current density of 0.20-0.25 A/cm2 for 10-15 minutes with subsequent impregnation of the formed layer with a solution of basic nitric bismuth in a rosin melt diluted with turpentine and pyrolysis at a temperature of 650-700°C.

EFFECT: shortening the time for the implementation of the method, simplifying the method and its hardware design.
