FIELD: desintegrators and crushing devices.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to crushers, namely to gyratory cone crushers having unloading system and methods for mounting and dismounting a cylinder of a discharge system for such crushers. Crusher 20, designed to crush the feed materials, contains a main frame, auxiliary frame that is directly adjacent to the main frame, crushing chamber 44 for receiving loading materials, unloading system for removing random pieces of iron, including cylinder 32. Wherein, during crushing operations, cylinder 32 is designed to move between the retracted position and the extended position, and the auxiliary frame is withdrawn from the main frame when cylinder 32 is in the extended position. Unloading cylinder 32 is generally directly adjacent to the auxiliary frame of the crusher for crushing materials and is designed to hold the auxiliary frame in retracted position with respect to the main frame with a predetermined force, so that when the predetermined force is exceeded, cylinder 32 is allowed to move the auxiliary frame to the extended position relative to the main frame. Gyratory cone crusher 20 for crushing the feed materials comprises a lower frame having a lower frame flange, upper frame having a flange of the upper frame and arranged so that the flange of the lower frame and the upper frame flange form a gap between them, crushing chamber 44 for receiving feed materials and unloading system for removing random pieces of iron including several inverted discharge cylinders 32. Wherein, during the crushing operations in gyratory cone crusher 20, several inverted discharge cylinders 32 are designed to move between the retracted position and the extended position, and upper frame is withdrawn from the lower frame when one or more of the several inverted discharge cylinders are in the extended position. Plurality of discharge cylinders 32 are disposed generally above the lower frame flange of crusher 20 and are designed to hold the upper frame in retracted position with respect to the lower frame with a predetermined force such that when the predetermined force is exceeded, cylinder 32 is allowed to move the upper frame to the extended position relative to the lower frame. Method of mounting the unloading cylinder in the above-described crusher, including mounting crusher 20, connecting the lifting device to mounted cylinder 32, spaced from crusher 20 for crushing materials, lifting mounting cylinder 32 by means of lifting device connected to mounting cylinder 32, moving mounting cylinder 32 to the desired location on crusher 20 by means of a lifting device connected to mountable cylinder 32, and detaching the lifting device from mounted cylinder 32 after mounting cylinder 32 to a desired location on crusher 20. Wherein, lifting device remains permanently attached to mountable cylinder 32 from the time of connection of lifting device to mountable cylinder 32 located at a distance from crusher 20 for crushing materials until lifting device is disengaged from installed cylinder 32 at the desired location on crusher 20. Method of dismantling cylinder from crusher for crushing materials is carried out in the reverse order.

EFFECT: in crushers installation and dismantling of unloading cylinders is simplified.
