FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: lubricating device contains a complete oil bath with a liquid lubricant, in which the lubricated gears are shipped. Each wheel by its release during the rotation of the oil bath, is provided with a couple of scratchers, symmetrically adjacent to both its ends. Scrapers are strengthened motionless relative to the rotating wheel, above the upper level of the lubricant, with overlapping ends of the wheel and the circle described touch points rotating wheel ends with the upper level of the lubricant. The top surfaces of the scrapers are tilted away from the ends of the wheel. And the bottom surfaces of the scrapers in their cross section are arched in an arcuate manner, on the side of the ends of the wheel, smoothly contiguous with these ends, and on the opposite side oriented downwards along the vertical.

EFFECT: increased quality of the gearing lubrication.
