SUBSTANCE: in accordance with the method, the fiberglass cloth is cut and the moulding cartridge for pressing is assembled, the elements being mounted on the frame. Thereafter, the flared fiberglass cloth is fixed on one side of the cartridge and placed in the press. Thermal insulation material - polyurethane foam - is poured through the hole. After irrigation, the canvas is glued to polyurethane foam. After the polyurethane foam curing, the press is opened, and a treated combined panel is removed. Thereafter installing the combined panel on the wall is followed. The rear part of the panel and the wall are covered with one-component polyurethane foam (adhesive). Then the retainer - two-component polyurethane foam system - is placed in the four points of the panel. Thereafter, the panel is pressed and glued. On the edge of the panel, along the side oriented towards the adjacent panel to be mounted, one-component polyurethane foam adhesive is applied. The process is repeated for the adjacent panel. Thereafter wallpaper is applied, using a polymer adhesive. Finally, the wallpaper is painted.
