FIELD: construction; manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the continuous production of a sandwich panel and a device for the continuous production of a sandwich panel. Described is a sandwich panel with a filler made of PIR/PUIR/PUR-foam and metal sheets used from above and below as a liner. In the method, the upper metal sheet and the lower metal sheet are continuously fed into a double belt conveyor, the PIR/PUIR/PUR filler is introduced between the upper metal sheet and the lower metal sheet, the adhesive is applied to the lower metal sheet. Part of the adhesive applied to the lower metal sheet is applied to the upper metal sheet by means of a rotating brush. Also, a device for the continuous production of a sandwich panel with a PIR/PUIR/PUR foam filler and metal sheets used as a liner from above and below is described. Said device includes an upper cylinder for feeding the metal sheet, a lower cylinder for feeding the lower metal sheet, an adhesive dispenser, a filler dispenser, a rotating brush. Said rotating brush is adapted to apply the adhesive and preferably includes a plurality of blades.

EFFECT: invention provides high-quality sandwich panels with good adhesion strength of the upper metal sheet and the lower metal sheet to the foam filler.
