Since it is determined whether the terminal equipment alarm mode activation based on the information about the terminal equipment state is required, the terminal equipment alarm mode can be activated on the basis of the information about the environment of the terminal equipment without the terminal equipment alarm mode activating manually by the user. Moreover, it is possible to avoid the fact that the user forgets to start the alarm mode, and therefore, the terminal equipment safety is further improved.
