FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a polymer, containing thiol groups, as well as to versions of a curable composition, which can be used for producing sealant. Polymer has general formula HS-(R-Sr)n-R-SH, where R is an organic group, including 50 mol% or more -C2H4-O-CH2-O-C2H4- and branched alkylene group, n is an integer from 1 to 200, r is an integer from 1 to 5 and average value r is 1.1 or more and less than 1.8. Curable composition contains said polymer and oxidizing agent, or compound, containing two or more isocyanate groups per molecule. Curable composition can contain said polymer and epoxy resin, containing two or more glycidyl groups per molecule, and amine.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a polymer with low relative density, low viscosity and low glass transition temperature, improve elastic recovery and weather resistance of composition.
