FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a sealant composition, a sealant production system, sealed parts and sealing methods. Sealant composition contains from 35 to 65 wt. % of a sulphur-containing prepolymer with terminal thiol groups, from 10 to 35 wt. % of an organic filler, from 5 to 30 wt. % of an inorganic filler and from 5 to 20 wt. % of polyepoxide in which wt. % is calculated based on total weight of composition. Organic filler contained in said sealant composition is characterized by percentage of volume increase as a result of swelling of less than 1 vol. % after immersion in hydraulic liquid based on phosphoric acid ester at temperature below 50 °C for 1000 hours or less than 1.2 vol. % after immersion in hydraulic liquid based on phosphoric acid ester at temperature below 70 °C for 1000 hours, wherein swelling in percentage is determined according to EN ISO 10563. Organic filler has specific weight less than 1.4, and sealant composition has specific weight less than 1.2, wherein specific weight is determined according to ISO 2781.
EFFECT: technical result is providing resistance of sealants to action of hydraulic liquid based on ester of phosphoric acid and aviation fuel.
