FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to use of Michael reaction for curing compositions including sulphur-containing polymers. Described is a adduct based on polythioether, including at least two terminal groups, which are Michael acceptors, selected from an adduct based on polythioether of formula (3), adduct based on polythioether of formula (3a) and combinations thereof: R6-S-R1-[-S-(CH2)p-O-(R2-O)m-(CH2)2-S-R1-]n-S-R6 (3), {R6-S-R1-[-S-(CH2)p-O-(R2-O)m-(CH2)2-S-R1-]n-S-V’-}zB (3a), where each R1 is independently selected from C2-10 alkanediiyl, C6-8 cycloalkanediiyl, C6-10 alkanecycloalkanediiyl, C5-8 heterocycloalkanediiyl and -[(-CHR3-)s-X-]q-(-CHR3-)r-, where: s is an integer within range of 2-6; q is an integer within range of 1-5; r is an integer within range of 2-10; each R3 is independently selected from hydrogen and methyl and each X is independently selected from -O-, -S- and -NHR-, where R is selected from hydrogen and methyl; each R2 is independently selected from C1-10 alkanediiyl, C6-8 cycloalkanediiyl, C6-14 alkanecycloalkanediiyl and -[(-CHR3-)s-X-]q-(-CHR3-)r-, where s, q, r, R3 and X are as defined for R1; m is an integer within range of 0-50; n is an integer within range of 1-60; p is an integer within range of 2-6; B is a core of a z-valent polyfunctionalising compound B(-V)z with vinyl terminal groups, where: z is an integer within range of 3-6; and each V represents a group including a terminal vinyl group; and each -V' is obtained by reaction of -V with thiol; and each R6 is independently selected from vinyl ketone, vinyl sulphone, quinone, enamine, ketimine, aldimine and oxazolidine. Also described is a sealing compound, containing: (a) said polythioether adduct and (b) a compound having at least two groups, which react with groups that are Michael with acceptors. Described is a sealing compound, containing: (a) said adduct based on polythioether; (b) sulphur-containing polymer, including at least two terminal groups capable of reacting with groups, that are Michael acceptors; and (c) a monomer compound, having at least two groups that are Michael acceptors.
EFFECT: technical result is a sealant with improved heat resistance and resistance to fuel, improved physical properties.
