SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industry of construction materials and can be used for preparation of technical foam mainly in technology of making foam concrete. Vortex foam generator comprises a compressor, pressure regulators, pressure control gauges, tank with a foaming agent, valves for feeding air and a foaming agent and vortex chamber. Vortex chamber is a set of modules, connected to each other using a known method, and comprises at least one module of top cover with inlet holes for channels to feed liquid and gaseous phases, at least one module each for distributing liquid and gaseous phases in radial and tangential channels of vortex chamber, at least one separation module for distribution of liquid and gaseous phases in radial and tangential channels of vortex chamber, at least one intermediate module with inlets, at least one module with tangential and radial slots, at least one module with an outlet hole of vortex chamber.
EFFECT: creation of a mobile device for generation of technical foam of specified ratio, providing stability of properties of foam not only from cycle to cycle, and during cycle of producing foam.
