FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method for preparing concrete mixture consists in that initially the components of the concrete mixture - cement, sand, gravel of the fraction 20-40 mm, water and additives - are mixed in the concrete mixer for 15-20 s, whereupon for 5-10 s the mixture is subjected to mechanical desegregation in a jaw crusher to produce crushed rubble of the following fractional composition, %: 0-5 mm - 22.01-25.05, 5-10 mm - 23.76-43.34; 10-15 mm - 41.61-55.28, with the subsequent stirring of the mixture for 15-20 s.
EFFECT: increasing the strength of concrete performance, reducing the power consumption.
