FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gear conventional planetary transmittion comprises a central gear wheel (1) with internal gears. With this structure, it is made fixed. The rest of the gears (2, 3, 4, 5) are satellites. They have external gears, arranged inside the central gear (1) and perform planetary movement. Satellites (3, 4, 5), directly interacting with the wheel (1), constitute an outer group of satellites. Satellite (2) is the central group of satellites. It only communicates with the satellites of the outer group. Satellite (3), which is the largest satellite of the outer band, performs the function of the driven element. It is fixed on the shaft (6) by means of splines (7). The satellite (2) is the leading part of the transmission. Satellites (4, 5) serve as a support for the leading satellite (2). To prevent axial movement of movable parts of the transmission on the stopped central gear wheel (1), the flanges are fixed. To supply and remove the torque they use devices, compensating for misalignment of the master (2) and driven (3) units relative to the stationary central gear (1) with internal gears.
EFFECT: simplification of the design and increase the efficiency of the planetary gear.
