SUBSTANCE: oil emulsion separation device includes a cylindrical body 1 with an emulsion injection system in the form of a tubular perforated manifold 7 and branch pipes 5, 6 for separation products discharge, a V-shaped coalescing pack 15 installed in the longitudinal section of housing 1, a water collection and discharge system 3, 4, 21, water level sensors, a monitoring and control system for water discharge system opening and closing, a perforated incomplete baffle 9, a gas outlet 6, an upper continuous inclined baffle 11, single coalescing pack 10, a lower solid vertical baffle 12, a lower vertical baffle plate 13 perforated in the lower part, a lower partial baffle 18, an upper vertical incomplete baffle 14, parallel baffles 16 with slots 17 at the bottom of the V-shaped coalescing pack 15 to the bottom of the 1. Upper continuous inclined transverse baffle 11, single coalescing pack 10, and lower solid vertical baffle 12 divide housing 1 into a first compartment 19 with injection of oil emulsion and a second oil-extraction compartment 20.
EFFECT: invention improves completeness of oil emulsion separation into oil and water.
