FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the glasses containing a porous polymer material. The technical result is achieved in the glasses containing the assembled rim for a lens support. Whereupon, at least a part of the assembled rim contains a polymer material formed of a thermoplastic composition. Moreover, the thermoplastic composition contains the continuous phase containing a matrix polymer. Whereupon, an additive of microinclusion and an additive of nanoinclusion are dispersed in the form of discrete domains in the continuous phase. Moreover, a porous network is also formed in the material.
EFFECT: glasses containing the polymer material providing the flexibility of a rim with maintaining of sufficient strength and stiffness for lens support.
