The mixing element body has through channels located on the concentrical circumferences, an outlet branch pipe. Recesses in the form of the arbitrary cross-section holes are made in several rows on the conical insert part, its larger base enters the cylinder. Inclined rectangular channels of arbitrary cross-section, partially entering the conical insert part, are made on the cylinder surface. The hole is made in the center of the end cylinder surface. Resonating rods are mounted cantilever-based circumferentially around the hole. The inner body surface is in the form of two cylinders of different diameters, forming a shoulder. The shoulder fixes the axial position of the mixing element body.
