FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for mixing, emulsification and homogenisation of liquid media and can be used for intensification of hydrodynamic physical-chemical, mass exchange processes in systems "fluid-fluid" and “liquid-gas”. Device includes housing with front end cover, cantilever fixed elastic pointed plates located opposite horizontal axes of slot-like sections of conical nozzles with possibility of axial displacement. There is radial branch pipe of main component feed. Inlet branch pipe of main component, having cylindrical section can move in axial direction. Mixing element represents cylindrical housing with inner conical surface, on which there are at least two radial grooves. In end partition of housing, where is even number of through intersecting channels, stepped cylindrical-conical insert is connected. On its cylindrical end located opposite slot nozzle flat spot is made, to which elastic plate is rigidly fixed with same thickness. Plate has U-shaped form with plates-legs of different length. Middle step with considerably larger diametrical size, has conical surface and is located inside mixing element housing. On other stepped insert cylindrical surface there are bars with cantilever part of different length arranged along circumference in several rows along axis. In each subsequent row axes are shifted along circle relative to those of rods of previous row at equal distance. Inner part of rear end cover at axis of which is output branch pipe represents surface close to spherical. Difference in lengths of cantilever plates-feet of U-shaped elastic plate is selected so that difference of frequencies generated by these elements does not exceed 5 %. Axis of inlet and outlet of crossed through channels are located on same diameter and are located opposite each other on side surfaces of end partition so that in each pair of adjacent channels input of first channel is located opposite to outlet of second channel, and input of second channel is located opposite to outlet of first channel. Length of cantilever part of rods in each row is equal, but in each subsequent row is reduced so that taper surface adjoining outer surface of ends of rods is equidistant to internal conical surface of housing of mixing element. Shape of cross section of cantilever part of rods can be any (circle, triangle, multangular, etc.). On side surface of rods are made at least one longitudinal grooves with round cross-section, having length of not less than 3/4 of length of cantilever part of rod. Rods are arranged with arbitrary orientation of side surfaces. Diameter on which are output through axes of crossing channels must be greater than inner diameter of outlet branch pipe by 1.4…1.6 times. In device is implemented integrated effect on treated medium: acoustic vibrations, cavitation, turbulent pulsations, shear stresses, vortex flows.

EFFECT: technical effect consists in intensification of hydro-dynamic, physical and chemical and heat exchange.
