FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: mixing device consists of a hollow housing with the inlet and outlet pipes, the rod connected with the separating piston, the conical nozzle installed inside the diffuser rigidly connected with the hollow housing. Inside the conical nozzle a conical element is placed, connected through the feeding pipe with the threaded bushing mounted in the axial channel of the adjusting bushing. The threaded bushing is connected with the other end of the feeding tube, on which the swivel and the knob are mounted. The feeding tube passes freely in the axial channel of the slotted pipe and the rod to form an annular gap hydraulically connected to the axial channel of the coupler. The conical element is equipped with the nozzle and the bypass opening urged by the fitting passed through an opening in the disperser, with forming a hydraulic connection through the axial channel of the pipe and the pipeline with the bore. When feeding the gas and a working fluid via the supply pipes, their mixing in the axial coupler channel is carried out, with obtaining an aerated fluid which is mixed and via the tangential channels of the dispersant is drained into the axial pipe channel, where foaming liquid is supplied with a predetermined flow rate by the feeding tube through the nozzle and the fitting channel. Wherein foaming occurs, with forming superfine highly-aerated foam. It is possible to adjust the gaps between the conical element and the diffuser and between the conical nozzle and the conical element by axially moving the conical element and the conical nozzle which results in changing the flow rate of components and the aeration degree of three-phase foam.

EFFECT: obtaining three-phase foams of adjustable dispersity and resistance to improve the efficiency of wellbores jamming and exploration.
