SUBSTANCE: maneuvering blast furnace Double Wishbone cone device comprises a rocker connected at one end with a counterweight and the other - through straightening device and post with cone pulley with streams for ropes, winches and cables. The ropes connect the balance bar and the winch are composed of three parts. One of the parts is formed as a removable insert with ropes and bends around a pulley, the other part - of two adjacent ropes, connecting the rocker with a removable insert, and the third part - of two adjacent ropes, connecting the winch with a removable insert. The device further comprises a metal bar with hinges for connecting ropes with a removable insert ropes extending from the winch, and a metal box with a lid and hinges for connecting the ropes with removable inserts rope rocker. The removable insert is made of three segments ropes. The total cross sectional area of three ropes removable insert 5-10 percent higher than the total cross-sectional area of the two adjacent cables connecting respectively the removable insert with a winch and a balancer, and pulley is made with three streams for ropes.
