FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: kiln comprises the lined housing with the sector cutout with an opening angle of 150-160° in the high temperature zone, one sector cutout with a collector for supplying cooling air being formed additionally in the cooling zone, the burner devices and the actuator. The housing is installed horizontally and is mounted of alternately connected sections assembled along the housing perimeter from the alternately connected first equilateral trapezoid, two identical scalene elements and the second equilateral trapezoid, lesser by height than the first one, the lower bases of which are equal to each other and are smaller than the upper bases equal to each other, the section butt ends forming a square. The square of each subsequent section is turned relative to the square of the previous one at an angle of 90° or 180°. The square sides of each attached section bottom base are equal to the square sides of the previous section upper base, with forming a zigzag-shaped multistart drum with broken lines around its perimeter, the pitch of which is increased in the direction from loading to unloading.

EFFECT: manufacturing and maintenance simplification, expansion of technological capabilities.
