SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the means of distribution of streaming data. The first fragment storing the data of the content to be distributed through streaming is generated. The second fragment keeping a copy of a TTML (text markup language of the time) document referring to the subtitles to be displayed in the specified content is generated. The recognition information on the classification of the copy for distinguishing whether or not a copy of the document TTML, stored in said second fragment is a copy of the document TTML, determining the presentation of the contents related to the subtitles, is added to the information of the second fragment title. A sample containing a description of the TTML document copy is saved in said second fragment, along with the information identifying the content description in order to identify the content description of said TTML document copy relating to the subtitles, to determine whether said copy of TTML document is an initialization document copy or a main document copy.
EFFECT: invention provides load reduction in processing for displaying subtitles during data streaming.
