SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as a standard test for the certification of the quality of biological supplements marketed through the retail pharmacy chain and specialized health products stores. A method for determining the concentration of organoselenium compounds in a biologically active additives by high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection is characterized in that the analyzed sample is pre-dissolved in acetonitrile-water, collected in a volume ratio of 1:2.0-2.3, as a mobile phase using a binary based mixture of acetonitrile at a flow rate of its 0.6-0.8 ml/min, and detection is carried out at a wavelength of 200-250 nm.
EFFECT: simplification of the method for determining the organoselenium compounds and allowing the direct determination of trace amounts of selenium in general analyzed objects.
