FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the production of an anti-inflammatory ointment for the treatment of pyoinflammatory and necrotic processes in the limb distal segment of cattle. The method consists in mixing molten wax, pinewood tar, pine resin, lithol and methyluracil in the following ratio, wt %: pinewood tar - 25.0; gum - 25.0; wax - 8.0; lithol - 40.0; methyluracil 2.0.
EFFECT: use of the claimed invention makes it possible to produce a highly effective ointment for the treatment of pyoinflammatory and necrotic processes in the limb distal segment of cattle.
