SUBSTANCE: method, disclosed in the present invention, is a method for device-to-device communication between units of user equipment beyond the coverage area of a base station in wireless communication system. In particular, the method comprises the stages at which: a specific time unit is divided into a plurality of possible segments for device-to-device communication; they detect a reference signal, which is transmitted from the secondary user equipment out of the number of user equipment units, from one segment out of the possible segments, which is not the last segment; and achieve synchronization for device-to-device communication with the secondary user equipment based on the reference signal; and transmit a predetected authorisation signal in the last segment of the possible segments or time units after a particular unit of time.

EFFECT: obtaining synchronization beyond the coverage area of wireless communication system.
