Method comprises a step of transmitting a side link data channel to a first priority based on the fact that the sum of resources used for all of the downlink data channels with priorities, less than or equal to first priority, less than or equal to threshold value corresponding to first priority, wherein the threshold value corresponding to the first priority relates to the maximum resources used to transmit the side link data channel with the first priority.
