FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a housing with side flanges and with the upper loading and lower discharge nozzles, which respectively contain a feed opening and a discharge opening, a locking element which is mounted in the housing on the shaft between the side flanges and is pivotally connected via a drive shaft. The locking element is made as a cylinder in which the perpendicular to the axial line, a through hole is made, the input part of which corresponds to a feed opening in the feed nozzle and the output part corresponds to the discharge opening in the discharge nozzle. The ratio of the discharge opening area to the feed opening area is 1.6-1.8.
EFFECT: simplified device design, while ensuring stable and high-performance hoppers discharge.
