FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning of air or gas, particularly, to aspiration air cleaning. Filter comprises inlet pipe, main dust separator chamber with perforated panels and filtration bags, main bin, module of additional air cleaning with chamber of extra dust separation and filtration cartridges secured at additional perforated panels, chamber of additionally cleaned air, discharge pipe for additionally cleaned air, system for recovery of filtration bags and cartridges by compressed air pulse. Filtration bags are arranged vertically in main dust separation chamber by two spaced apart sections. Besides, filter is equipped with inlet dust separation chamber with opening at front face wall of the main dust separation chamber. Module for additional air cleaning is mounted under cleaned air chamber on rear end wall of the main dust separation chamber and equipped with second chamber of additional air cleaning. Said module is furnished with, at least, one extra outlet pipe for additionally cleaned air, additionally cleaned discharge manifold and vertical air feed lines connected by their one ends with discharge pipes for additionally cleaned air while, by their opposite ends, with additionally cleaned air discharge manifold. Extra perforated panels for attachment of filtration bags are arranged in two spaced vertical rows perpendicular to filter end faces and with rows of extra perforated panels of additionally cleaned air chamber. Transit service passage to filtration bags is arranged above aforesaid chamber in cleaned air chamber. Chambers of additional dust separation are located on both sides of additionally cleaned air chamber and have straight top inlet of cleaned air arranged over entire horizontal cross-section of the chambers. Additionally cleaned air discharge pipes are arranged at additionally cleaned air chamber bottom. Aforesaid and filtration cartridges secured at additional perforated panels in horizontal sections on additionally cleaned air chamber side. Sections of filtration bags and cartridges are equipped with individual system of recovery by compressed air pulse with vertical distributing types. Main and additional bins are equipped with discharge device while automatic gates arranged at outlet of bin dust discharge openings are located on line perpendicular to filter lengthwise axis to allow continuous discharges of caught dust from main and additional bins into one chain conveyor.

EFFECT: higher cleaning efficiency, reduced power consumption, longer life.
