FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: filter comprises at least one module for two-stage air cleaning having at least one main dust catching chamber which includes a port in the front end wall and in the upper part is fitted by perforated panels and vertically set rail filtering hoses. The filter comprises at least one input dust settling chamber installed so that to embrace the front end wall of the main dust catching chamber, at least one input branch pipe for the supply of dirty air, a cleaned air chamber with a service door mounted on the main dust catching and input dust settling chambers, a main hopper with an unloading unit and an automatic gate in the dust outlet hole which are mounted below the input dust settling and the main dust catching chambers. The filter comprises at least one module for additional air cleaning comprising an additional dust catching chamber with filtering cartridges and additional perforated panels set in it, an additionally cleaned air chamber with a service door and at least one outlet branch pipe for additionally cleaned air, an additional hopper with an unloading unit and an automatic gate in the dust outlet hole which are mounted below the additional dust catching chamber, Venturi tubes installed in the filtering hoses and cartridges, individual regeneration systems for each section of the filtering hoses and cartridges. The filtering cartridges are installed in the additional dust catching chamber vertically in two sections along the chamber length with an interval in-between and are fixed on the additional perforated panels by a flange connection on the side of the additionally cleaned air chamber forming a maintenance passage between the flanges of the filtering cartridges of both filtering sections in the chamber on the additional perforated panels. The additional dust catching chamber is made with an input section protruding beyond the front end wall of the additionally cleaned air chamber and an expansion section placed below the filtering cartridges.
EFFECT: higher total efficiency of air cleaning and improved explosion safety of a filter.
