FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a cylindrical hollow insert 8 sealed in the center of a horizontal partition 6 parallel to an inlet branch pipe 2. Cleaned oil product supply pipeline 9 is connected via individual regulating throttles 10, 11 to the insert 8 and to the branch pipe 2 and to an outlet branch pipe 3 through a check valve 14 and a regulating throttle 13. Filter elements 4, 17 with perforated conductive housings 5 and 18 on their outer surface are mounted coaxially in relation to each other. The filter elements 4, 17 are fixed between two conductive partitions 6 and 22. The partition 22 is mounted above the filter elements 4, 17 (and two more are not shown) and has annular grooves for annular perforated inserts 23 of through porosity foamed metal, where the oil product is further purified. The housing 1 is grounded through a static electricity recorder 24, which reflects the efficiency of charge quenching. Each pair of coaxially installed filter elements 4, 17 is made of materials forming different charges. The total number of filter elements 4, 17 is oddly even. The number of inserts 23 of foamed metal is assumed to be n/2, where n is the number of coaxially installed filter elements.
