SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil refining, gas and chemical industries due to improved properties of dielectric media. System for cleaning liquid contaminated dielectric media, comprising a pump unit connected to a pressure line and to a suction line located at the bottom of the tank, filter located outside the tank and connected to the pump unit by means of a return pipeline connected to the pressure line of the pump unit, a static electricity neutralizer, according to the invention, it further comprises a sealed partition configured to form a dirty and clean tank compartments, a dielectric medium discharge line, an evacuation pump unit connected to the discharge pump unit pressure line and a drain pipeline located in the clean compartment at the tank bottom, at that, the dielectric medium discharge line, the pump unit, the suction line, the pressure line of the pump unit are located in the dirty compartment, and the static electricity neutraliser is located outside the tank and is connected to the filter on one side, and on the other side is connected to a drain pipeline, wherein the height of the partition is selected not lower than the maximum operating level of the dielectric medium and lower than the maximum allowable level of the dielectric medium.

EFFECT: increased reliability of extraction of contaminated liquid electrified dielectric media from a container with both pressure and free-flow filling.
