SUBSTANCE: method comprises obtaining enriched to about 90-95% helium gas by the combustion of natural gas, followed by passing the resulting flue gas through a heat exchanger, reducing the temperature of the flue gas to 40-50°C, and further the fuel gas membrane separation in the membrane separator of the hollow fiber membranes, where the differential pressure is 0.03-0.1 MPa. Combustion of natural gas is carried out in gas turbine or steam generator that produces electricity and heat simultaneously.
EFFECT: provision of a simple method with low energy consumption, reduction of harmful emissions.
